Set Your Saddle Height Right

Saddle height is a really important part of getting your bike to fit your body.

Set too high and you will rock our hips, become sore in your lower back and inner thighs, and you’ll find biking a chore.

Set too low and you’ll be wasting leg power, over a long period of time you could even shorten your hamstrings! No thanks!
